Built by NIKX Technologies
A Dutch technology company building resilient, privacy-first infrastructure for a connected world.
Why we built this
Relayly was born from a simple observation: the tools we use to communicate between our own devices depend on infrastructure we don't control: cloud services, foreign servers, companies with business models that may not align with our privacy or resilience needs.
Watching how complete internet blackouts, whether from natural disasters, infrastructure failures, or deliberate government action, instantly severed device communication made us realize that "end-to-end encrypted" means nothing if the relay disappears. We set out to build a relay that is trustless, self-hosted, and resilient by default.
The result is Relayly: a single binary, no accounts, no telemetry, Noise Protocol XX from day one. Your devices stay connected even when the global internet isn't available.

Privacy by Design
Not an afterthought. Privacy constraints shape every architectural decision we make.

Software that depends on perfect internet connectivity is fragile. We build for the real world.
Open Source
Auditability is a prerequisite for trust. Our code is MIT licensed and inspectable by anyone.
